I guess in many ways I’ve always been a maker. I’ve been a writer since I was a wee squirt and was about halfway through a web developer degree when the twins arrived. But, I’ve always made things. I just never focused that energy on MAKING THINGS!
I’d throw together a workbench for the garage. Or paint a mural on the kids’ nursery wall. But, for some reason, I never really thought of it as “making”. Then I discovered the maker community and my mind was blown. Now it’s all I can think about.
So I am throwing everything I’ve got into hopefully taking it from a hobby to a career. And the best part? I want to take you with me!! If I can do it, you can too.
